Separate guest, public, and service movement
Resort hotels, condominium properties, restaurants, activities, event spaces, and shoreline amenities can produce different circulation patterns at different times of day. A property manager should map guest entrances, public beach-facing approaches, parking and rideshare drop-offs, employee access, deliveries, contractor staging, waste collection, and restricted back-of-house areas. Ask: which doors and paths are public, which are controlled, who can authorize after-hours access, and how are temporary event or construction changes communicated? These are planning questions derived from the documented resort and visitor mix, not claims about incidents.
